Project Description
The demolition and refurbishment work included the removal of existing walls, ceiling and floor coverings, to investigate underground services and install a new drainage system. Upgrade walls and ceiling to a 60 minute fire rating and install acoustic insulations. Mechanical works to include gas pipeline works. Electrical works and fire alarm installation. Supply & fit new PVC sheeting to walls, new safety resin & marmoleum flooring, new fire doors with ironmongery, steel canopy works and acoustic ceiling panels to the dining area. External groundworks included a new delivery bay and wash bin area, raising of manholes and gullies, outdoor drainage, concrete, ramp and railing.

Project Description
Removal of existing electrical services, ware and plumbing services, grid ceiling, wall finishes and floor finishes.
Prepare walls to take new finishes and floors to take new safety flooring.
Supply & fit new white-rock to walls, new floor drain, new safety flooring including coving and welding, ceiling grid, shower door, grab rails, shower seat, basin mixer, basin waste.
Reinstate existing hand wash basin, toilet & shower. Enclose pipework under WHB'S and reinstate all electrical services.
